World Music and walk fundraiser
Join us for our second annual World Music and Walk fundraiser
to support orphaned and vulnerable children in Uganda.
The event will be held on
Saturday September 10, 2022
1-4 pm
Ellerslie Farm (7631 – 4 Avenue SW)
This outdoor event begins with a 5.1 km walk (from 1-2 pm) which mirrors the average distance a Ugandan girl or boy has to walk to school
This will be followed from 2-4 pm by musical and dance performances, outdoor yoga and a silent auction.
Tickets are $35 for those 12 and older (qualifies for a $30 tax receipt) and $25 for those under 12 (qualifies for a $20 tax receipt).
Appetizers will be served and are included in the ticket price.
The event will take place rain or shine, so bring your own
chair, water bottle, sunscreen and bug spray (and an umbrella & coat in case of rain).
